And try this routine, in a bikini or not, it’s a very effective one! I’m just living and preaching according to what has worked for me and for many of my clients, friends and colleagues. The fitness lifestyle can get a little repetitive always the same gym, the same foods and the same people around!
That’s why I always try to switch my environment at least twice a week, beach or different gym that the usual! Maybe try a class or a different discipline! The key is to stay active and have fun while you do it! So don’t be afraid of training new things! Guaranteed you will find yourself enjoying the change.
Try this routine:
1️⃣ 4x Landmine Reverse lunges 15 reps súper set with second slide
2️⃣ Single leg deadlift 15 reps
3️⃣ Landmine Squat 5x20 15 seconds rest between sets
4️⃣ Scissor lunges 4x 1min on 30 seconds rest

We currently have vacancies for 6am sessions for groups of 4-8 people in our bootcamps as well as 6pm sessions from October onwards.
There is also capacity to take personal training sessions outside of 6am and 6pm if you are looking to drum up business with your own clientele in our private studio.
Rate per session is negotiable based on experience.
If you have Pilates and Yoga experience we would also love to chat with you to find out more about what you can offer in a small group setting either on a per session or per head basis.
We are also looking for someone to assist with our marketing and social media platforms looking at 3-5 posts per week paid per post.
These tasks could be completed by the same person if you fit the bill!
