We’ve raised $5,531! We are 30% of the way there!
The Hell’s Kitchen Farm Project is unique in its emphasis on ensuring all members of the community have access to fresh produce. The CSA is designed to enable low-income families and individuals to participate and receive the nutritious produce everyone needs. Community organizations, such as Clinton Housing Development Company and Rauschenbusch Metro Ministries, and community members partner to subsidize shares as well as donate shares to a local food pantry.
Wondering how it works? It’s simple. Members pay in advance for a seasonal share of the farmer’s products and in turn receive a weekly share of products directly from the farm all season long. Unlike vegetables you get in the grocery store, this produce is always picked the same day it is delivered.
The CSA creates commUNITY by bringing together local farmers and NYC residents in a common goal of supporting healthy living and local agriculture. To support RMM’s effort to Create CommUNITY, consider helping us reach our goal of $18,000! Visit the link in our bio to donate. It costs $550 to sponsor one 22-week share for a family in need.

it makes me disconnect
on the contrary
it makes me feel
