THE SEVEN STEPS OF PRESENTATIONS
In order to plan and deliver a successful presentation, you need to follow certain steps. During the last days I wrote about step 1+2: Planning and organizing.
Today I will tackle the third step in the preparation process of a successful, professional and coherent business presentation.
After gathering the material you plan to use and organizing the sequence of your presentation, you will get to the next step - which is PRACTICE.
There are many different ways to practice your presentation, here are some examples:
1. Practice in front of the mirror. This is a good way to observe your movements, your body language and your facial expressions. Deliver your speech, look into the mirror and be self - critical.
2. Deliver your speech to a friend or co-worker who knows about the subject. He/she can give you valid feedback - not only on your body language but also on your content, coherence, speed, voice, and vocabulary.
3. Last but not least, you can record or film yourself delivering the speech and analyze it afterwards - alone or with someone.
All of the above ways are valid and provide good results for improving your presentation.
Be smart - practice a lot - be a professional presenter!
Stay tuned - in a couple of days I will write about the next step:

Imagine melting down a sheet of plastic and smothering it over your skin. Every day. Your skin is going to suffer right?? You’ll get acne, redness, pigmention and scarring.
Do you know that this is actually what you are doing when using make up and skin care that contains silicone.
Did you also know that you would have to double cleanse your face every day just to remove SOME of it!
Since learning about the effects of plastics on my skin, I’ve tried my hardest to avoid them, your skin is your biggest organ, you can’t replace it so you need to look after it, treat it like gold. It’s priceless.
Here’s the ingredients to look out for in your make up and skincare. They have no benefits to them whatsoever, just accelerating the aging process and stopping skin renewal. -Cone
Skin is priceless and you only have one chance. 🖤
Some nice work with Steve on a fine #Pembrokeshire morning at #whitesandsbeach getting the lumps of cushioned foot inhibitors off his feet and going #barefoot the ideal terrain to practice on, firm sand. First session working on it and already pulling more with the hamstrings, will be working on quickening the cyclic rate and landing more underneath the hips as opposed to reaching the foot forward and landing heel first. I also do #onetoone and #smallgroupsessions for a more bespoke, personal approach. Don't just go through the motions, constantly look to improve #mobility#rangeofmovement#efficiency all geared up to improve #longevity doing what you enjoy for longer...surely that's what life is all about? #primalpathway#primalmovement#primalfit check link in bio for classes and weekend events

More and more Brazilian professionals have to do business in English, which is a challenge for most of them.
They have very different language needs and very different abilities of business skills.
First, these needs and skills have to be analyzed and evaluated and after that, the language course has to be structured according to these specific needs and skills.
By doing this, the course becomes more relevant, effective and progress is much faster.

Some clips from my Tuesday upper body strength session👊
Felt good going into this and it showed as I nailed 4x5 flat bench press @105kg. Nothing massively impressive, but I’m slowly getting back to me post injury PB of 120 for a triple.
A great back building compound move is the barbell pendlay row (video in post after) Hit 3x8,8,8@95kg. These also felt pretty good. The last rep on the last set was a bit off, but I’ll take that.
Primark should really give me credit for showcasing their gym leggings so much😂
Didn’t film anything else as my dam phone battery is 💩, but I hit a pleasing 3x8,8,7 on the incline barbell press at 77.5kg, then some underhand grip pulldown, weighted dips for 8,8,6@BWeight+50kg and some single arm dumbbell preacher curls.
The dips were tough, but the first two sets flew up. Set three was hard work. Single arm dumbbell preacher curls are an awesome move to target the peak head of the bicep I’ve found. I have to rotate the dumbbell during the movement a bit on my right arm, as I can’t fully supinate it without my shoulder internally rotating. So in order to hit the peak head, I have to make the movement fit my biomechanics in order to get the most stimulation and tension from the execution.
