Work lunch!— left over #stirfry from last night’s dinner! I used my last Bell peppers harvested from my garden this year! until next year super fresh veggies 😫. The half of zucchini I used was also from the garden, but I still have 3 or 4 growing on the vine I’m just not sure if they’re gonna survive the forecasted frosts coming 🙈🤞🏼
Sorry for not posting, it’s been a while since I’ve had time to sit and enjoy my lunch, let alone photograph it for the gram 😂 my work colleague and I have been trying to make time for this when we have quieter days and have even made time to take a quick after lunch walk! It’s amazing how much better I feel with a midday walk but I guess that shouldn’t be a surprise, nobody feels good sitting at a desk all day I think 🤔
1 pkg (200g) plain firm tofu (wrapped in paper towels and drained liquid for 20 mins)
2 bell peppers
1 small or 1/2 a zucchini
3 cloves of garlic
1 nub of ginge (not sure what the correct terminology is for a chunk of ginger)
Eye ball amount of avocado oil or whatever high smoking point oil you prefer to stir-fry with .
First I sautéed the ginger and garlic together with a pinch of salt on not too high of heat. Removed these (will add back later but didn’t want to burn)
Then I added in the onions and peppers. Let them get a good sautée, added the zucchini and then mushrooms. Spiced with salt and pepper.
This was then removed from the pan, I added in some fresh oil and browned the tofu 2 mins per side (max) to which the veggies were then added back in! Made a sauce to finish from tamari, vinegar, agave, @sriracha_de and some lime zest/juice.
Threw it over some rice and called it a day! Reheats pretty nicely at work, I usually add some water to the rice so it doesn’t get too dry or soak of all the sauce. .

Salame de frango com pimentão amarelo e ervas finas
1 kg de peito de frango cru
1 pimentão amarelo
1 colher (sopa) cúrcuma em pó
1 colher (sopa) páprica doce defumada
Sal e pimenta do reino a gosto
Modo de preparo:
1-Bater todos os ingredientes no processador até virar uma massa.
2-Abrir a massa numa folha de papel manteiga. Arrumar como um cilindro. Enrolar as pontas, como se fosse uma embalagem de bala.
3-Levar ao forno em temperatura média por 35 minutos.

I always stress myself out if I go a week or two without working out but I’ve come to realize that sometimes your body will literally scream at you to take a break, rest up, and heal.
Last week I worked out once. The week before that, same thing. Yesterday was 1 workout out of hopefully 3-5 this week.
Listen to your body and give it what it needs.
This cold/sinus infection/bronchitis has literally wiped me off my ass the last couple of weeks (and being busy all over the place didn’t help), but I’m slowly getting back to normal.

👩🏻🍳 Do this 👩🏻🍳 .
2 egg whites.
2 tbsp Almond Flour.
1 tbsp Ground Flaxseeds Meal.
1 scoop Devotion Nutrition Brownie Batter Protein
1 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon
1 Devotion Nutrition Boston Cream Donut Flex Flavors.
1 tsp baking powder.
1/3 cup cold coffee (you can always use water but I love to boost the chocolate flavor, and coffee really intensifies it).
Mix all ingredients with a fork and let your batter sit for 10 minutes. Pour your batter into a donut loaf pan (I filled 3 wells ) and bake for 15 minutes at 350F.
Transfer to a rack and let them cool if you can 😝. Add your favorite toppings and Enjoy!
Dat doet Valk toch weer leuk @valkverrast voor de kleintjes! Siem (net 3jr) is niet zo van de standaard kindermenu’s, maar wel gek op zalm. 🐟 Goed meegedacht van de bediening en hij mocht uiteindelijk zijn eigen zalmpizza versieren! Van der Valk Oostzaan is een absolute aanrader (weinig bejaarden en geen appelmoes met kers😜) voor jong én oud. Lekker gegeten en een geslaagde verjaardag van moeders!
