The life saving surgery she had three months ago apparently did not work and the surgeon called just a moment ago to say she’d need it again or a more extensive surgery...which may or may not work. 😩😭 several thousands of dollars already spent on the prior surgery. Preheat oven to 325F.
6 chicken drumsticks thawed
Rub dry seasoning on drumsticks.
Dry seasoning :
1/4tsp celery salt
1/2tsp onion powder
1/2tsp curry powder
1/4tsp white pepper
1/4tsp black pepper
1/2tsp granulated garlic
Place drumsticks on top of veggies in roasting pan.
1 small purple onion chopped
1/2 of a medium white onion chopped
2cups chopped carrots
6-8 small yellow potatoes
8oz artichoke heart
Toss with olive oil, sea-salt and cracked black pepper.
With the seasoned drumsticks on top of the seasoned veggies, lightly pour olive oil over the drumsticks. Then add cracked black pepper and sea salt to drumsticks.
Place cover on pan, pan in oven for 2.5 hours. Then remove cover and turn heat up to 400F for 15 mins. Let cool and enjoy!!
