🍳The easiest recipe for a really quick breakfast if you’re busy in the mornings or just a great snack option! 🍳
🍳🥓Egg muffins!! Super versatile so you can add bacon, any veggies you want (great for food wastage because you can use the stalks of things like broccoli and cauliflower) feta, goats cheese, no cheese, and any seasoning you want! .
My client made these the other day and put in:
👉🏼🥓 bacon (pre cooked) .
👉🏼cauliflower (raw or cooked)
👉🏼zucchini (raw or cooked) .
👉🏼an egg for every muffin .
🍳So just divide whatever filling ingredients you want in a sprayed muffin tin, crack an egg in each ramekin, season (I love cumin, garlic, salt and pepper), cook in the oven on 180 for about 8 mins or until you see the yolk fully cook through! 👍🏽
☝🏽if you’re needing more protein in the meal or want something to go with it, have a couple tablespoons of cottage cheese or ricotta with it!!
The 🍑 and hammies were on fireeee after this workout 🔥 (swipe ➡️ for clips!) Seriously haven’t felt a burn this intense in a long time. Went up in weight just a lil bit but really cut my rest time between sets and ouchhhh it was a good one! Try this one out for dem glute and ham gains:
- Sumo squat 5x10
- Sumo squat w pulse 4x8 (see clip)
- Superset 1: - 1a. Narrow stance squat 4x12 (see clip) - 1b. Split squat 4x10 (see clip)
- Hip thrust 3x12
- Dumbbell RDL 5x10
- Leg extension 4x10
- Hip abduction 3x15, last set until failure
