My progress pictures look a little different than they used to. 😉😊 I am completely OK with that. I just love watching my belly grow. As each week goes by, I get more & more excited for our baby girl to arrive.💕 Did I struggle at first? Of course. The # on the scale was increasing, my clothes stopped fitting, and I knew things were going to change big time. I'm happy to say that I've learn to embrace these changes and enjoy every minute of it. Carrying our child has been one of the most amazing experiences of my life so far. 😊

After months of watching people all around me get sick and not getting it myself, I've been cheering!
But, it finally beat me and has taken residence in my body.

I find it very hard to not exercise when I'm sick. I love working out so it takes a lot to get me to miss a session.
Today I'm making myself take the day off from exercising in hope that tomorrow I'll be up for it.
Since I've got a toddler, actual rest isn't really an option so, I'm getting as much fresh air as possible and filling my body with lots of vitamins, nutritious food and drinking lots of water.
At no point in my life will it ever be easy for me to look back at where I started, but damn I am so proud of what I've achieved so far! Down almost 40 lbs on top of that I've competed and placed in a bikini competition! I owe it all to @spikerprofitness , with out her none of this would have been possible! I am so blessed and excited for all the new doors that have been opened for me. I'm still hungry for more improvements and can't wait to compete again. Не тянется, конечно, ничего. Все через боль, через дыхание, и только вид на закат (а также то, что девочки уснули) греет душу и окостеневшие за 9 месяцев связки. 🌇
Да, к сожалению, тянуться приходится на холодные мышцы-связки. Сами понимаете, греть их - терять драгоценное время с риском разбудить детей. 🙈
Хотя вот мой папа (профессиональный спортсмен со спортивным образованием) не против хардкора. Говорит, холодные связки тянуть опаснее, но по итогу результативнее. ☝

Lately I have been the epitome of "better late than never."
After a long night of editing I almost curled up in bed with the plan to just hit two workouts tomorrow.
I wanted to watch Leap Year.
I wanted to put on pjs.
I wanted to sip red wine and maybe chow down on some snackage.
But I'm glad I didn't.
Instead I threw around some weight, while watching Leap Year (obvi).
And now it's a quarter to ten and I'm a sweaty mess.
You're not always gonna want it.
And the timing isn't always gonna be right.
Life is gonna happen.
Shit's gonna get in the way.
But he only way you reach your goals is if you make them a non-negotiable. #notetoself
For me, the fitness aspects have gotten easier.
It's those other hair-brained awesome sounding dreams of mine that I tend to back burner before I've even given them a chance.
I've gotta get out of my own way.
That's the next phase and the next step in my life for sure.
I am getting back it to #fitness and this time i am not giving up cuz every time i do i give up. This time I'm going to win and stay fit. You guys are my motivation and you guys supporting me is all i need. 😊😊😊

Most of you know that I am a health and wellness coach, but for those of you that don't I'd like to tell you how I got here and what it's done for me. A little over a year ago I took the leap and became a health and wellness coach with Beachbody. And you know what?? I had NO idea what I was doing! I was nervous to invite people to my group, I was scared no one would say yes, I was worried nobody would participate. I thought my info wouldn't be helpful and no one would like my recipes. I didn't think people would support me and want to join in, but guess what??! People DID! When I wasn't sure what to do, I turned to my coach and my team and was able to get the answers I needed, from people I didn't even know! How awesome is that?? Have I had set backs? Yes, absolutely. But I've kept on going, because this is something I truly believe in. During this past year plus I've grown as a person. Besides the physical transformation, I've had a mental transformation as well. I've made a point to become more positive and to not judge as quickly. When you have a great support system of coaches behind you, these changes are a LOT easier.

I postponed my morning workout which meant I was sworn in accountability to do the sweat session tonight. Cardio Fix. Was. Tough.
Glad it's done. And I have the tribe to thank for helping me get in the groove to ✔️
Day 177 of becoming the miniature @stevecook 💪
Back in January I decided I wanted to strive towards being a better me overall. That's meant praying more, cussing less, being kinder, cutting out negative habits and people, smiling more, eating less, doing well in medical school, and weight training. Some of these have been a lot more difficult than others I'll admit, but overall these past 6 months have been some of the best months.
Mostly because of my Natalie, but also because of the other stuff above haha And of course because of all my friends and family who make life so extraordinary each and every day!
Cheers to the next 6 months of more progressive in all aspects of life! Go out and seize the day, because adventure is everywhere 😊
Got a quick 45 minute workout in. The past few days I've been running 2 miles on the treadmill and doing 1-2 upper body and core circuits 😄🖒 it works out well since we have been getting home later, because we are browsing for a house 🏠🙌
