Ich habe wirklich darauf geachtet, was ich esse und vor allem wie viel. Ich fühle mich viel besser, wenn ich nicht ständig über den Hunger esse. Man sollte lieber öfter am Tag kleinere Mahlzeiten essen.
So kann es weiter gehen und so kann man sich am Wochenende auch mal ruhig eine 'Schweinerei' leisten 🍧😋
Am Wochenende geht's dann wieder ins gym 💪🏼

Are you doing endless reverse flys for your rear delts but they don't seem to grow? The issue with the reverse fly exercise for building your rear delts is that it relies on the use of horizontal abduction rather than the more effective horizontal extension motion. If you perform dumbbell reverse flys for your rear delts you are never shortening your posterior deltoid as much as it could be. To get to this point you need to focus more on getting the elbow behind your torso. Here’s the even better part about this. On shoulder day (or whenever you are training your shoulders), you can incorporate this direct exercise for your rear delts using a very focused contraction and lighter weights to ensure you do this correctly. Beyond that however, you can add additional volume by hitting them again on back day or pull day.
And if you look at the video closely you see me doing 2 different variants of this exercise. The lighter version for peak contraction and the heavier one for more strength. Both can be done depending on your own rear delt strength. But will advice you to start with the lighter variant, to get that peak contraction going. Have fun with this one! 💪🏼
back in the kitchen after vacay and it felt so damn good 💃🏼 my body was cravingggg greens. i think the only thing green i ate in mexico was guac. but it was a lot of it 😂 deets on these green eats 👉🏻zoodles with roasted zuchinni (double the zuchinni 💁🏼) that i sprayed with @chosenfoods avocado oil and seasoned with pink sea salt, pepper and paprika and cooked in the oven at 425 for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through. topped with más green 👉🏻 cashew basil pesto inspired by @nourishedbykale's original recipe and served up with fresh albacore tuna seared for just two-three minutes on each side in my @lodgecastiron with more avocado oil and @traderjoes everything but the bagel seasoning salt. happy friYAY ❤️❤️
