Let’s talk about the D 😂 Wait, not THAT kind of D. I mean Vitamin D, obviously!
Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that plays an imperative role in many of the body’s processes, including immunity, bone health, respiratory tract infections & thyroid function. We normally get it from the sun, and food-sources such as fatty fish, beef liver, cheese and egg yolks ☀️🍳🧀🍣 For people who tend to err on the side of caution when it comes to sun protection (as we should here in Australia), and for those who have restricted diets, there may be an increased risk of vitamin D deficiency. 👎🏻 A deficiency in vitamin D can lead to many unwanted symptoms, and can have many negative health outcomes if not addressed appropriately. ☀️ For fair skin, going out into the midday sun for 10-15 minutes will normally be enough for the body to produce the D it needs! And for those who don’t eat the foods rich in vitamin D, there are actually “fortified” products (like some cereals and juices) that have it added in! 👩🏽⚕️ If, after all of that, a blood test confirms low levels of vitamin D, a Doctor will usually prescribe a D3 supplement to treat this. 🤷🏽♀️ So folks, let’s look after our bodies. Go for a little stroll in the sun, and make sure you’re eating right!

As a girl who's determined and wanna reach her goals, I tend to put a lot of pressure on myself. I wanna do everything perfectly so it can be on the top of the top, but this is also providing stress.
I think it's really important to not always wanna reach the perfection because most of the time you'll never reach it. You're in a constant battle with yourself and your definition of perfection will always be higher once you reach it!
Try to understand that you've put your max in what you wanted to achieve and that's the most important part. Be proud of what you've accomplished and how you've accomplished it. Be happy of your progress and set other goals. Don't try to be the perfect one, be yourself and work hard for your dreams!👊🏼

If it were the last day on earth,
