Dinner for tonight:
Lasagne with Salad and Garlic Bread.
I had a lot more garlic bread than shown and I had to scrape the top layer of cheese off the lasagne because it was so greasy. This was really difficult and now I feel so full and bloated and awful. I did manage but I would have rather had something else. 💜

It could have been better, I could have given more, to be honest.
I really wanted to run 14.5km ( 4 rounds), but organizers have shorten the route because of the high temperatures. True, it was really warm and I realised that it would be very taugh to manage 4 rounds, but I wanted so much to run those 14.5km to test myself, pace...everything.
I didn't read the mail from previous day, so I found out about the change at the beginning of the 3rd round. Surprise 😕
At the other hand, I felt releif for a moment, knowing the torture would be over soon 😅 Unfortunately, it was only a moment. Shortening the route didn't give me further boost. It was just opposite, I've got disappointed and from that third round everything seemed more difficult. Too bad that I was mentally weak to push myself in those moments. At the same time, I saw some people walking and that triggered my mind to slow down, too. I wasn't tired, but it was very hot so I walked. At that moment the result for 11km wasn't important to me at all. 😳
Now I feel kind of bad, for being so weak, gah. .
But ok, all in all, sometimes we need to get disappointed, to learn something new that we weren't aware. 👓
But, ok, show goes on, a lot of races are on the way, a lot of opportunities for better results. 💪
